At J M Price & Co we are a vibrant and proactive practice that has the knowledge and the drive to help others succeed. We have been involved with new businesses and been key people in larger, established businesses.

The key members of our team bring a great deal of experience and business knowledge to the practice.

Joanna Price FCCA: Joanna qualified in 1999 and founded J M Price & Co in 2006. She has over 20 years of experience gained working in various practices in the Wrexham, Chester and Flintshire areas.  In addition to pure financial accounting and taxation skills, Joanna has also gained valuable experience in management and cost accounting in her part time role in Sigma Web Limited.  It is the experience on "the other side" that gives her an all round knowledge of business development, marketing and first hand experience of the issues that are specific to SMEs.  Joanna is the driving force behind the practice and in developing our other business services which are designed to support clients in the development of their business and improve performance and profitability .

Derek Booth - Business Improvement Specialist. Derek is an Internet Marketer, Google Adwords Professional and Search Engine Optimiser.  He has insightful business and marketing skills which he combines with his internet experience to provide a dynamic approach to business. He uses his vast array of skills to help our clients develop their business strategies for advertising and marketing to bring the best returns. His history includes running a steel works, a software department, setting up remote monitoring stations in Australia.  He keeps his expertise current and his knowledge at the cutting edge through his main role as Managing Director of Sigma Web Limited.

David Kerr - Management Consultant - David has nearly 20 years experience gained in senior and board-level position roles in the IT and management consulting sector. He is adept at delivering large-scale performance improvement, business and IT change across businesses of all sizes and from a range of industries. He is an experienced consultant, executive & business coach, trainer and independent facilitator with specific expertise in systems thinking, organisational diagnosis, organisation development (OD), change management, programme and project management, strategy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), branding, marketing and business development. He is the founder and Managing Director of Watt Works Consulting Limited.

Teresa Price -Teresa is our office manager, Joanna's PA and accounts assistant. Friendly and professional, she ensures the smooth running of the office at all times. Teresa is highly motivated and has many years of administration experience; she has been a valued member of staff wherever she has been employed.

Diane Clark - Diane is AAT Qualified and is a very experienced book keeper with a considerable expertise in payroll matters. Her knowledge of payroll and employee related matters ensures our payroll clients have the help and guidance they need. She is also able to offer invaluable advice on how best to keep your accounting records.

Julian Price- Julian is our website content writer and promoter. Julian has a diploma (with distinction) in freelance journalism and is also a gifted creative writer and poet. A popular featured columnist at searchwarp.com, his writing exhibits a unique style and great variety.  Having worked in another accounting practce for a number of years, Julian also lends a hand with payroll and book keeping work at busy times.

Tony Booth MCSE - Tony maintains our computer and email infrastructure. Whilst working in Canada he helped to install and support the network in a large college campus.  Being a Cobol programmer with UNIX experience, adds to his impressive networking CV.
